 ⚠️ DPC is not a health insurance plan.  The practice is self-pay and does not bill insurance companies, however, if using DPC in addition to health insurance, we can provide you with an itemized superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.  

Membership does not cover imaging (x-rays or CT scans, and MRI's), specialist care or catastrophic events, such as ER visits, surgeries, and hospitalizations.   In addition to your DPC membership, we encourage our members to carry a low premium catastrophic health insurance plan for such emergencies.
